The Universidad Anáhuac Puebla, through the Doctorate in Leadership and

Management of Educational Institutions, in association with the Universidad

de Atacama, the Universidad Gabriela Mistral of Chile, and the International

University of Valencia, is organizing the 1st International Congress on

Educational Leadership.

Purpose

The congress aims to promote research, knowledge transfer, collaboration, and innovation through the meeting of researchers, professors, administrators, and graduate students in the field of educational leadership, seeking to strengthen educational systems and practices.

Submission of Research Proposals

The organizing committee extends an invitation to researchers, educators, educational leaders, graduate students, and all those interested in the field of educational leadership to submit the abstract of unpublished research proposals.

Publication of Educational Leadership Case Studies

Accepted case studies on educational leadership will be included in a special publication, separate from the congress proceedings.

Proceedings Publication

The proceedings of the 1st International Congress on Educational Leadership will be published with an ISSN and will include the full papers of the accepted proposals.

Successful executive leadership case studies

Reports on practical experiences of executive leadership in specific contexts characterized primarily by problematic situations or high intervention needs, with successful results.

  • The abstract length must be between 300 and 500 words.
  • For research articles, include: problem/object of study, objective, conceptual or theoretical framework, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  • For academic articles, include: objective or purpose, conceptual, theoretical, or epistemological framework with relevant literature supporting the central argument of the article, and emerging propositions or conclusions.
  • For research in progress, include: problem or object of study, objective, conceptual or theoretical framework, proposed methodology and data analysis plan, importance or significance of the study.
  • For professional practice experiences, include: problem or object of study, context of the experience, participants, content of the intervention experience, forms of evaluation, and results.
  • For successful executive leadership case studies, include: background or introduction, context characteristics, description of the situation studied, participants, detailed processes and/or interventions in the situation, results, conclusion, final arguments, and/or future outlook for the case.
  • Keywords (minimum 3, maximum 5).
  • Proposals may be submitted in more than one modality.
  • Authors may submit up to two proposals as first author in any modality.
  • Accepted proposals will be included in the program only if at least one author registers for the congress within 15 days from the date of acceptance notification.
