The Universidad Anáhuac Puebla, through the Doctorate in Leadership and
Management of Educational Institutions, in association with the Universidad
de Atacama, the Universidad Gabriela Mistral of Chile, and the International
University of Valencia, is organizing the 1st International Congress on
Educational Leadership.

The congress aims to promote research, knowledge transfer, collaboration, and innovation through the meeting of researchers, professors, administrators, and graduate students in the field of educational leadership, seeking to strengthen educational systems and practices.
The organizing committee extends an invitation to researchers, educators, educational leaders, graduate students, and all those interested in the field of educational leadership to submit the abstract of unpublished research proposals.
Accepted case studies on educational leadership will be included in a special publication, separate from the congress proceedings.
The proceedings of the 1st International Congress on Educational Leadership will be published with an ISSN and will include the full papers of the accepted proposals.
Reports based on observation, collection, analysis, and/or processing of qualitative, quantitative, or mixed data.
Ongoing empirical research, including doctoral, master’s, or undergraduate theses.
Non-data-based articles that present innovative arguments, develop arguments around critical questions, provide critical literature reviews, or propose new conceptual or theoretical frameworks.
Description of practical intervention experiences in leadership within various educational contexts.
Reports on practical experiences of executive leadership in specific contexts characterized primarily by problematic situations or high intervention needs, with successful results.
